About Rugged Peak Design

Rugged Peak Design, a design and editorial services company specializing in graphic and website design, writing and editing, is solely staffed by Dawn Garcia, a freelance graphic and web designer, writer and editor with more than thirteen years of professional experience. Rugged Peak Design was established in March, 2003.

Dawn's writing experience includes The Cambridge Clarion, the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, Fort Collins' Forum, Colorado Business Journal, Images Fort Collins Magazine and Inside Sports.

Dawn has accumulated a vast knowledge of creative design skills for print and the Web - creating, designing, writing, editing, proofreading and researching information for advertisements, logos, flyers, brochures, pamphlets, newsletters, trade show displays and annual reports.

Dawn received her Associate of Arts from Kirkwood Community College and her Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing and a minor in Psychology from The University of Iowa.
